I love this app, and it's ability to watch the replay with a continuous video feed is my favorite feature. Other apps require you to scroll and click on each video clip individually. The actual camera I've had issues with and their customer service is non-responsive, but that's not the apps faults.

This app is laid out very nicely but some aspects seem more tailored to the home itself as opposed to setups for bird cameras. I like that it connects to Google Assistant, but I'm not really sure how functional it will be. I can't wait to try it out though.

I like the app, when I want to see the birds. The quality of the pictures and video is pretty good. What I hate, and why the low rating, is that it's AAAAA too difficult to get the pictures onto your phone or computer--I don't know if you're trying to drive people to pay for the cloud service or what, but having to go through two different menus to properly download a picture, and not having a way to batch download, is pretty awful.

Unable to change or adjust any settings. App immediately freezes. Refresh, but no changes saved. No notifications are being sent via Detection Settings. I can still access the camera manually through the app, but that has limited value.

The camera has decent resolution and is fun to watch, that's about it. I don't think any of the AI features really work. Most of the time, the birds identified are way outside the location of the feeder (European species, and I'm in Illinois). Usability of the app isn't great either, it's hard to get to the latest recording and is just frustrating to use. The squirrel siren doesn't work at all, usually tells me it is a bird (and the AI identifies it as a blue footed booby, LOL)
