TKBirthdayReminder is a beautiful birthday list. Once a day you receive a notification that reminds you about upcoming birthdays. You can place a widget on your home screen, too.
The birthday dates are stored in your Google Contacts. So there is no need to backup an app-specific birthday list. On a new device just reinstall the app and - voila.
The app is free of charge, contains no ads, does not track you, and does not collect your data. It looks great on foldables and tablets. And it is open source, which means that everyone can have a look at its source code.

This is a nice app, I love it, and it is very easy to use. Works from contacts and you can add birthdays. Also, you can touch photo to change the date.

Not bad Very handy application but not very configurable. It doesn't even show dates in your default format, ie all dates are shown in American mm/dd/yy. More options would be a big improvement, but still this is a good little app.

After a restart of the device in an event day, the notification for that day in the notification bar, doesn't show up anymore.

Randomly loses some birthdates. They still appear under the contacts, but not in the program.

Uninstalled. U have to have a separate contact for every person, I don't want my 1yr old niece as a separate contact just to list het b-day...?
