I am customer since BBK opened up in my city and with every passing year the quality of food and service is going down.it's so sad to see that you can charge 500rs for half kilo rice and yet not make it tasty and can't afford to have a dedicated delivery team. I received my order 2 hours and 20 minutes late. Because BBK has no delivery staff and yet the offer delivery options and charge in advance. They are cost-cutting by using RAPIDO to deliver who refuse to pick up their orders.such a shame.

I ordered 1.5 kg Hyderabad biryani from your app, first the delivery person asked to cancel the order from my end, then someone else delivered the order and one of the pot was broken to pieces. I complained on the support, but the resolution was given that the one broken pot is being replaced, and it will again take a lot of time as it is again being prepared, and I should wait until then. I explained to replace both the pots I'll return it as it is, as the second one will be cold until it

I ordered Chicken Hyderabad Dum Biryani 1KG, after 2 hours I still didn't get anything, I tried to approach the rider, the restaurant, still after 30 mins they said for a refund. Will never order from this app.
