I always recommend the Bisb app. But I hope they can do some modifications on it to allow the user to rename his accounts name by adding nickname at least. Opening multiple accounts under one name is misleading some time. I hope that idea becomes to the app soon.

Please give an option where we can see what all transaction we made to a person specifically it would be really helpful and also every time whenever I want to check in getting a statement from *this date* to *this date* the statement appears and when I click a transaction in the statement and go back it asks for the date selection again which is really annoying and not efficient at all please change them

Annoying verification process with every step you have to verify by selfie and ID card! I started to question this bank capabilities and trustworthy!

I have tried to make an account more than 10 times... each time after passport verification it says that a video call verification with your agent is required... But when I click call it shows "sorry this service is not available". I also contacted the help center via WhatsApp 2 times and each time they said please try again after 15-30 minutes or that I will get a call as soon as possible... nothing among the said happened. I am really disappointed.

This app was marvelous, convenient, and easy. Now more complicated and useless. For more safety, needs obligatory mobile fingerprints, selfie and many others complicated steps otherwise will not open, to go to bank branches against the app goal. As not all client are possible to comply and some are old, the app now is useless. At least should be optional as before to help to be convenient to those clients. IT must solve soon, otherwise clients will switch out.
