Lose your points. What is the point? It is exceptionally annoying that you loose all your points after a period of time. We don't live close enough to visit regularly, I guess we are not the custom they want.

Lost all my point was saving up! What's the point of a point system if you take them off! Takes forever to collect them, was saving up for a cream tea to surprise my husband. So yeah awful app and waste of time.
