Didn't think I'd say this, but the first impression is extremely solid - signup is pretty straightforward, considering the regulations. Scanning a few documents, and we were good to go - one account, two scooters, no problem. Paid via PayPal and the app was pretty clear about the pricing. Enabled us to get away from a mall when no taxi was available, the experience was smooth and pretty user-friendly.

It's like any other ride-sharing app. The dow sides are, at least in my city, the lower number of scooters available compared to the competitors, and the smaller parking areas allowed.

Not enough scooters and if you're lucky enough to find one and use it you might have to pay double of your fee till you can find a parking space.

I would say this is the worst scooter rental app I have ever used. I wasted a lot of time because the app couldn't recognize my ID. There is no way to use other apps to verify your identity. Without an ID, rental is not possible. Eventually, I got by bus.

I have been charged So many times for NOTHING! I take scooter which was left outise of it's zone and I DON'T get any notification BEFORE starting the rent, I can't ride it because its super slow, and I cannot close the rent because I am outside the zone, so I have to guess where the zone starts and ends, bring there the scooter and only after that I can close the rent, and I am being CHARGED for that!! This happened many times, and not only to me. Such a waste of time and money!
