BiTaksi - Your Taxi!

★★★★★ There is no option for contacting driver or canceling request or even contacting support when drivers change trip status to "trip has been started" (I haven't turkish sim card). One time a driver put trip status on this mode, but he had not picked me up at all.

★★★★★ As an UK resident in Turkey, taxis were a nightmare. Uber in Turkey is also a high chance of getting scammed. BiTaksi was a lifesaver and even translated the chat between the driver and me.

★★☆☆☆ Deleting this application. One of their taxi drivers tried to scam me by repeating the same route 3 times and acting as if he didn't know one of the most well known neighborhoods of Istanbul, Beşiktaş. The app still requires the money from me. Don't trust turkish taxi drivers. I'll get in touch with police. This app is a scam : I put a one-star review to the scammer driver and yet magically the review became 4.5 stars 😂 are you for real ? Someone should sue you. DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP

★★☆☆☆ Had no luck getting a taxi in this app. This is very misleading as you hope to get at least some ride, but eventually risking being abandoned during the night because support is not willing to help you to reach the place. Even driver with 4.9 rating could pick your order and just not drive to you. Seems like it is driver oriented.

★★☆☆☆ App doesn't show the price of the journey, only price for 1 km - so drivers make LONGER way and scam a lot! Be suspicious and careful!
