To be honest, after extortion attempt and FBI came in I have Bitwarden, Bitdefender, Proton, new everything so Bitwarden already has me covered along with programs I would rather keep private. The app isn't scoring what I would have anticipated. Thank you for your other products. $ versus peace of mind, I'll choose expense anytime.

Love Bitdefender products. I have used them for many years. I would like more customization options though. Dark mode in the secure pass app for example.

Disconnects itself after a few days of inactivity, which is a standard security feature I suppose, but then the whole PIN feature is redundant. I don't like that I can have a pin, but every time I need to use the app, if it's been longer than a few days, I still have to log in with an email and password. People don't use their personal password vaults daily, to keep the inactivity counter in line. Other than that, the app itself behaves as you'd like it to do, no bugs, no delays, no copy errors.

I've been using Bitdefender's password manager for a while now. Just downloaded Secure Pass and so far I'm off to an annoying start. It won't let me screenshot the recovery key. It keeps giving me an error when I try to download it as a PDF, but it won't explain why, no solution to that problem at all.

I have been using Bitdefender for the past 13 plus years and love the VPN and virus protection. The password manager/secure pass is a nightmare. Too often I had to sign back in, and at the moment I am completely locked out and have no access to the few passwords saved. I ha been cautious not to have saved too many passwords in it due to the problems experienced. I saved passkeys and have lost track of where the last one is. Frustrating 😠
