It's easy to use and has some many amazing recipes. I love how each recipe is one serve so it is very easy to change serves. I also like the chat box. They reply to your questions very quickly. I would like to see in the future the ability to cross of each ingredient in the recipe, and I would also like a meal preparation list to go with the shopping list. This would be great as you would be able to meal prep once or twice a week for the main dishes, instead of cooking every day.

I actually tried this app 2xand stopped as I couldn't figure out how to use it thought I needed to shop and eat something different every day-once I figured out to copy meals (I personally like to meal prep for a week busy working mum) I absolutely love it- ive tried other popular programs, and they're fine when learning but I find bite rite long term for me so much better- I have LOVED almost all the recipes ive tried like loved. Heaps healthier than others, macros worked out making my life easy

Really disappointing experience. The app is great when it works. I held a rolling monthly subscription for 3 months and in that time I emailed customer support four times and received no answer. Twice, I have opened the app, and it didn't recognize my subscription, even though I had a rolling debit. This happened to me twice and the subscription had not expired. When it happened this week, I still had 3 days left. Customer support is useless, no replies to emails whatsoever.
