Well I am above 50 and not that smart with IT stuff and technology. I still have to Google what LOL is, and I have no idea what a GIF is, I'm that bad. But with Bit Oasis it's simple. The application has been having verification issues lately which are causing delays in the verification process, but rest assured that their team is working around the clock to fix those issues asap and especially a gentleman by the name of Kayed, who has redefined excellence in customer service ! What an amazing job he has done support me with my case. Technical issues will also happen, but companies need to be ready to address them and Kayed did that and more ! Thank you!

Bit Oasis de-verified me for no reason and then proceeded to waste my time and energy for a whole month trying to re-verify me. They still didn't manage to do that, btw. Worst KYC I've seen, and I've seen some horrendous KYC before. Support matches the KYC in its quality. "Incompetent" is the softest word I can use to describe this circus crew. Spare yourself and don't deal with them.

This is by far the worst application in terms of customer service and technical support. They insist that I update my KYC information, but the process is stuck at address verification. I have provided all the required documents for my new address through every available channel — the app, WhatsApp, email, and even their X (Twitter) account — yet I have received no response. As a result, my withdrawal service has been suspended, and I have been informed that trading will soon be suspended as well
