I ask for the support service to change my phone number because I can not receive my login code (this only happen with bit panda by the way). It is now been 2 years that my money is blocked. I was not able to change my phone number or have my money back. I contacted the support service, and they say that I have to contact my mobile service provider. (I did so but they said that everything is working
