Had some issues in the past, but they got solved fairly quickly when raised it to Customer Service. In regards to my credit score: this card's actually helping me with that. One issue I keep having is that upon opening the app, it keeps looping at the part where it says "Retrieving your file", otherwise 5/5 stars.

This is a great app that helps you improve your credit score as well as giving you other benefits. You can downgrade as well as upgrade if circumstances change and there is lots of advice and help for different things to do with finances.

Why do you take weekly payments and not monthly alot of people get paid monthly and not weekly like me, so why don't tell us this from start one before picking a card

I downloaded the Bits app to see what it was, but didn’t sign up for or use the service. I was then sent emails claiming I owed £14 for a subscription I never authorized, along with warnings that failing to pay could affect my credit file. This is not a credit card — it’s a subscription service that charges just to report to credit agencies. Be very careful — many users may be pressured to pay for something they didn’t agree to.

The app is misleading come on I just pay you guys 42 pound upfront for you to still give me 125 on just the card having thinking it was all one the same credit card I do not like that

Expensive £14pm really and not enough retailers to buy gift card so you not getting your money worth I didn't see any credit limit increase after 5 months then I had a credit increase of only £50 so ky New limit is £100 1 year later still the same, so I decided to close my account...
