I don't rate apps much, but if anything Bitsika's customer service has to be among the best for fintech in West Africa. I'll single out Elikem. He is very patient, listens and addresses issues calmly. I wish more companies had people like this. Then again policies have made my activity restricted, but I hope to continue using this app soon and in the future.

This app is a scam. With all their verification pa lava, It doesn't serve the purpose with which I created the virtual card - Google Ads. To withdraw my money became another issue. These viper sells dollars at 560 and buys @ 420. That's 140 difference minus the 7% rate on every withdrawal minus 5% rate they deduct when you're making a deposit. This is the most useless app for applying for virtual cards. Please, if you cannot manage hypertension, don't use this app!

The exchange applied on this app is a rip-off. I tested this by depositing 500 GHS, which was converted into USD. To change back the same into GHS within 5 minutes, a whooping 220 GHS was taken off. That's too much of a profit for your operation. This is basically ripping off clients in the name of creating solution! I definitely wouldn't recommend this for anyone.
