Bitstamp: Buy and Sell Crypto

★★★★★ I had the best experience with Bit stamp than with ANY company ever - and I really mean it. I am using their services from 2017, and I never had any reason to contact support, just a smooth experience. Regarding withdrawing money, I have always got my fiat into my bank even before the official 1-3 working days... which I understand it rarely happens with similar companies. I will work just with them, except for future trading - I am so sorry they do not offer that service. Thank you!

★★★★★ Very good, can everything on this app.I have always had excellent service since 2016 with bit stamp, reasonable charges and safe storage. There is a glitch in the recent survey they sent out, it just keeps cycling with a doughnut of death and black screens. The financial services warning on crypto takes up too much space, probably needs to be on the home page only.

★★☆☆☆ This is such a terrible crypto platform.genuinely don't do it. They lock you out of your account so regularly, and it is almost impossible to regain access. Truly despicable company. The headache is not worth it.

★★☆☆☆ The platform suddenly disabled the withdrawal and deposit feature, and they ask you for an account statement. I sent an account statement a week ago and there is nothing new. Be careful and do not hold your crypt there

★★☆☆☆ This app is RUBBISH. Not possible to sell 100%. Shows exact amount I have, but does not allow selling 100%. Every time I need to go online and sell there. How can you release such a rubbish app without even testing it????

I have completed everything that BITSTAMP has requested from me, and now they won't even respond to my emails. And every time I call customer support I am always told the same thing but no one can ever help me resolve my issue. And lastly, I have called the numbers listed on the BITSTAMP website in hopes of resolving my issue and yet still no luck.
