★★★★★ You wouldn't believe how many emails I get from scammers trying to tell me that I'm going to lose my money in BTC. Doing my own research and studying because I am an amateur will cryptocurrency I discovered Bit stamp that is an exchange. Technical support has been very supportive and instructing me how to withdraw my money and I know they're not a scam because I downloaded their app from the Google Play Store. So be careful, there are scammers who know you have crypto money especially in BTC.

★★☆☆☆ Hello I am not able to withdraw my money, I made all the verifications and then deposited 20,000 eur, bit stamp asked me to make Zoom call, and we did it. I am waiting since 7 days ago to unblock my withdrawals, but they keep telling me I have to wait. They don't tell me how much time I have to wait, so I am worried about my money, I think they want to take my money because they are scammers. I will wait another 2–3 days, if they don't answer, I will make a complaint to CSSF with my lawyer

★★☆☆☆ Stay away from this app. They steal your money. Charge too much on withdrawal. I made a bank deposit, it took ages for them to identify the transfer and then told me that because it was a joint account, they can't accept that money, and they will return it to my bank account. When the money was returned, they took more than 7% of my funds as withdrawal fees despite the fact that it never arrived in my bit stamp account. #Frauds
