Edited.... Just received the deposit Thanks to the entire team. But I have second thoughts about Bitvavo now. Old - Transferred my xrp asset from Binance to Bitvavo believing that it's local & European, since yesterday I have not received my asset. All the fields were correct but Bitvavo do not have any clue. Difficult to reach them now. No direct contact. Now they have put the xrp deposit under maintenance. Feeling scared and fishy. Any clue for this Bitvavo.

Good overall and you can set unlimited price alerts which is very useful. But one thing I did notice is that the login screen is often behind on my fingers and laggy. Often giving me the notification that I have typed the password wrong. This often happens when there is a relatively high RAM occupation.

Since I downloaded in 2021 Bitvabo its easy and smooth to use now after 4 years of using I wanted to withdraw my money its becoming nightmare. I cannot withdraw my money into my account. Contacted support team. Followed all the security measures still not able. Don't know what to do more.

- when there is movement on the market, you can't buy or sell under the guise of slippage, ik the risk you are not my dad. - withdrawals used to be instant. For some reason it's not possible anymore and blame the bank for it. All lies. -no human support. You talk to a cheap rendition of chatgpt and if you ask for human contact, they 'forward' it but can't find a human employee, so it just tells you it's been solved. very, very unprofessional. Used to be so much better. Do not recommend

Terrible experience with Bravo — the platform is constantly down for maintenance. Just when you need to access the most, it’s unavailable. Way too much downtime for something that should be reliable. Very disappointing

Warning: Bitvavo does NOT follow global crypto charts. It shows It's own manipulated price feed. I missed profits because my sell orders didn’t trigger when the real market hit my targets. This is misleading and potentially causes financial loss. Be careful — this happens with many coins on Bitvavo. It is not a reliable platform for serious crypto trading. Zero stars.

Sell limit order (Stop sell) doesn't work... experienced it every time I tried (3 times) already. (1st time I thought I didn't configure it correctly but next times I made sure, and the issue is from the app), please correct quickly: I put a sell limit at €108 (this e.g. for SOL but experienced it also with ETH & XRP), market price was 110.37 so above the order sell, after I confirm it sold at market price... + Sometimes sell at market price is blocked... I like the app otherwise and cheap fees
