I love this frame but have one question. How do I get the zoom in feature to work again? I really enjoy that feature and after my grandson touch the frame it went away. Also, all the photos I send to it are sideways now even though they were taken the exact same way as all my others that loaded corrected.

This picture frame replaced an older one that was impossible to reset the date and time. This one synchs with the internet to get its date/time. I really like the way it auto-zooms on portrait photos. The color is bright and true. The user manual is not so great, so trial and error is the best way to discover all the features. This is a true bargain.

I've had the app & frame for a couple of years now & have NEVER been able to get photos to sync onto the frame, either with the app or through the email. I haven't been able to find a support link or email to troubleshoot it either.

Beware that this frame requires a paid subscription for cloud storage. I did not know that. It was not clear on the Amazon's page. When my subscription ran out, I could no longer upload new photos even they are loaded to the Frame. This means that this frame is advertised to hold 44,000 pictures only if you pay a fee each year. I should not have to pay for cloud storage I don't want and don't need in order to use a digital frame I own. Looks like Amazon no longer sells from this company.
