Paid and installed but on the 2nd go it wouldn't open. Wouldn't move beyond the info card. Not impressed

Makes very basic bidding mistakes, for example, bot partner opens 1 diamond, I respond 1 heart (forcing for one round) bot partner passes. Game will support on first round with only 3 card support. I could go on and don't expect the card play to be any better.

New upgrade does not open. Change button not working at all. Terrible customer service. Please advise as to how to play.
