What's happening? Can't access this app on my K1. This is one of Blackberry's best apps. I have so many docs on my z10's docs to go that I can access on my K1. This docs are so important to me. I can't view them anymore on my z10 after I transfer data to the K1. I'm so sad

As a private person who has bought a Priv it seems one cannot use this app unless you are on a company network. On BB10 you could. So this BlackBerry app is in effect useless for the BlackBerry Priv. How ironic.

Same as all the other one-star reviews, the app does not work without enterprise server authentication. It's a huge disappointment after switching from Passport to Keyone.
