Users affiliated with participating institutions can securely manage local campus stored value accounts and ID card status directly through the app. In addition, if enabled, the application can be used as an ID credential to process transactions at NFC capable terminals. Please contact your campus ID card office to verify Bb Transact is supported. A list of campuses currently using Blackboard eAccounts supporting this application is available at http://bbbb.blackboard.com/mobile.

You are all trippin. Just cause you haven't read the directions on how to properly set up the app doesnt mean it isnt working. Check your school's website to see if there are directions to set it up correctly. For GRCC students, go here and read the directions: https://www.grcc.edu/studentlife/raidercard/raidercardmobileapp Do exactly what it says, reload the mobile app, and you'll be fine.

I love that I finally figured out how to download the app, but I wish to have a Meal Plan tab. I like to see how much meals I have before I use points each week.

Doesn't work anymore I can't log into my account any more. The app just crashes.

Does nothing Tells me I can only change my pin and report a card as lost/found, but you can't even do that. This app is just a blank page you can log into. A complete joke, just like the education system.
