Really loved the zoo lots of bits if info about the animals as you walked around. Was easy to get to by bus from Blackpool tower. Using the app just had to show tickets so was quicker. Only downside I paid for souvenir brochure but when I got there they had sold out. Not happy as I'd paid for it beforehand. I'm still waiting for a refund on that.

For the price, you would expect everything to be in top working order and all the animals to be accessible. When we went, the big cats enclosures were closed to the public. We were also surprised at the state of some of the outdoor primate cages which were covered in dirt. Some other things around the zoo were not in full working order - on a particularly scorching day in the recent heatwave, we couldn't find a cold drinks machine working around the site.

Rubbish app, can't order your tickets due to a screen size glitch. Also still mentioning no talks due to CONvid, even though they're outside, you're now relegated to listening to podcasts instead, what a load of nonsense. You're running a business, charging extra money, yet providing less of a service, you'd need to pull your heads out of your rectums.

Disappointing. An app that needs internet connection to work. I would have hoped the map of the park would work without it. Poor signal around the zoo means this was useless.
