I'm not sure why others apparently had struggles with this app because it worked flawlessly for me. The setup for my lock couldn't have gone any smoother and easier.

The app doesn't let me get past the warm reminder screen (user agreement stuff) what a waste of my time... returning this keypad lock

The App does not work and will not connect to Bluetooth - 1.5 hours of troubleshooting with support, struggling through the agent with broken English, to be told, there is a bug in the app, and I will report it, but we will not contact you.

App doesn't even open. The device itself is fine and works, but the app not working reduces the use cases for the entire product. If the app begins to work, this rating would be much better
