Great 4K cameras with great tech and customer support behind them 🎥 tonnes better than next base

★★★★★ Wicked Clown · Jun 14, 2026

BE AWARE USING THIS APP. ANYONE IN THE WORLD AT ANY TIME CAN VIEW YOUR DASH CAM LIVE STREAM THIS IS NOT A JOKE !!¡

★★★★★ M CD · Jul 15, 2026

Read this 1st. 5 🌟 for the most unworkable app. As for the camera...don't bother wasting your money. I have wasted many hours trying to connect to my camera...and still no joy. As for the Website, even the help items are wrong. Oct25.these cameras appear die after 4 years...numerous accounts, my two included, constantly reboot stating." Blackvue for your safe driving, starting normal recording"...every 2 minutes. Tried all recommend fixes. Not a recommend brand.

★★★★★ Frazer Roland · Aug 5, 2026

My experience with Blackout has been good, though, like many advanced electronics, it sometimes requires troubleshooting. What truly impressed me was Angelo's outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient, courteous, and professional, answering every question and guiding me until everything was resolved. His dedication made a frustrating situation much easier. Thank you, Angelo. Your professionalism is a real asset to Blackout.

Absolute trash dash cams and app. Buy a different brand, viofo or tinware if you care about actually using your dashcam

★☆☆☆☆ Paul Gravelle · Jul 9, 2026

Edit to previous review: 10/07/26: forced to update app or quit, now demands an account to sign in or quit. Great cameras are being absolutely trashed by their cr@p software and forced sign in policy. After 6 blackout dashcams I will not buy again. 14/12/21: Was an OK app, latest update prevents access to images other than through the app due to Android App policy. Can no longer edit videos directly on phone, and can only view in app. An update that removes abilities is not really an update.

★☆☆☆☆ Nat Parker · Jun 23, 2026

App is terrible. Won't connect to the camera via Wi-Fi to view footage. Never previously had a problem. Great camera, terrible app.
