"Unable to scan nearby advertising device (server)." Now I am able to scan in samsung phone. There is issue with Motorola phone.

This app is great! It is the ONLY solution I have found that allows me to create a BLE server from my phone so that I can test my BLE client code. Only issue I see thus far is that I can't seem to write new values to the BLE server characteristic, but I could just be using it wrong. If this is an open source project, I would love to contribute!
