Absolutely garbage... Does not allow for cutting out imagery to make images like theirs, does not allow for transparency levels. Played with this for 5 min, uninstalled.

Besides the annoying ads that will appear every 5 seconds, you can only choose 1 personal picture which will be blended together with one of their lame backgrounds. Options very limited. Uninstalled
