I hate it up your sensitivity because i cant move at all

Controlls suck,unable to get guy to target sideways,when trying to turn character to face attaker the movement buttons keep activating so guy moves around instead of looking around. 5 minutes forcing myself to find a way to make the guy turn and failing is really disturbing considering the games high ratings. For controlls I would give -15 stars if I could.
