Basic concepts were changed that were used for marketing in 2020 a showed a bright future for BSO. With the changes the value and the painted brilliance of the project got a few black eyes and lost it's exaggerated potential. Where is the blockchain? Why is the sudden 1000× of the coin number without previous notice to the investors? What was promised wasn't delivered. I'm disappointed.

Did they charge any of you with a monthly account maintenance fee? According to their email, came into effect on the 15 of February 2024 and amounts to 5 EUR per month. In order to delete my account I have to pay them retro for something which I did not use at all. Even if I was informed in an email at that time, which I can't find, I'm sure I would never accept such hidden fees. Why I was not announced repetitively about my outstanding? Why I was let to cumulate fees for such a long time?
