Great Customer Support I was unable to play a movie with sound on my roku through the app. I contact support via email and was responded to within an hour. I missed the chance to fix the sound that night though. I responded again and the support team not only helped me fix the sound which was not their fault but mine they also gave me the movie again.

Won't let me rent movies Every time I click Rent button it says "whoops" there is something wrong with your credit card. Nothing is wrong with it. I guess I won't be giving you my money!

Blockbuster is officially terrible I rented a movie through roku. There was no sound. I download the app on my phone and it doesn't play it just exits out. Just wasted 6 bucks on a movie I can't watch..
