Locked up. Trying to reschedule since my iron was low today. Keeps kicking me out. No explanation. I find the app not informative.

Donating for years. Somebody failed at their job and should be fired for incompetence. The location I signed up for weeks ago, using the app, was a private business, employee only, blood drive. Why was this date and location even in the app? Company should do their own internal scheduling and sign-ups. Red Cross told me an alert box pops up when it is a private event. Lies! Wasted my time, and if this happens again, it will be the last time I donate with Red Cross.
