Blood Pressure + Pulse Diary is a private, manual blood pressure tracker for recording readings from your real home blood pressure monitor. Log systolic, diastolic and pulse values, add useful context, and review your history through clear charts and averages.

The app does not measure blood pressure with your phone. It is a diary and trend-tracking tool for readings you enter yourself.

LOG READINGS WITH CONTEXT

Your blood pressure diary is local-first and stored on your device. No account is required. Optional biometric lock helps protect access to your records, and you can delete all stored data from the app.
