I love this game. The newest update has made it look even better, more realistic dismemberment. New armors and weapons, a very good overhaul. The only probably is the AI's programming for the story. They constantly rush you no matter what weapon they have. They block your every move and only occasionally move away to hit you for massive damage. I know it is a combat game, but I can't use the weapons I want to because every attack gets body blocked.

Good game, Good dev, Great time edit: New update feels makes the combat feel crisp. I like the new lighting and armor additions to the isles of Britain. I don't play ranked much, but I think it's a tad unfair for all the cool stuff weapons and armor to be hidden behind the ranks, especially when the online networking is atrocious. Regardless, Rome wasn't built in a day, and it's a single dev with a family, so I think the game is pretty great for just the work of 1 guy and his wife 🔥💪

The game got horrid since last update. Sure I notice some minor visual improvements but now the FPS is dropping all the time and enemy are always hugging the player no matter what weapon they are using and the dual weapons are too broken now. This was the worst update ever

The Update made things worse. Feels like you've 0 control over your character now and latency is terrible. It's getting to the point it feels like the game is regressing. Physics are supposed to be fun. The only fun now is playing against bots. One of the BEST features of the game was removed and that was styling on an enemy until they pressed continue. Now, I can't even do all the "fatalities" I've crafted over the years. Close to uninstalling. You've erased muscle memory with the Physics Update
