Love the idea of this, and when it works it is really great. However, I have a pixel phone, and today this has stopped blocking my apps. I've tried redoing permissions, restarting my phone. Hopefully this can be fixed, bc I'm loving this when it does work. I brought a book to work to read during the slow periods instead of doom scrolling, and it is improving my mental health. Edited to 4 stars. For the most part the app works great, and is exactly what I need! The developer is very responsive.

Edit: it's working fine now! IDK what happened but just had to uninstall and reinstall again, and it's been working! Love this app! Really wanted this to work, but it just stopped after 5 hours. I have a Google Pixel. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling. It started working again for about 40 min, and then I was able to open blocked apps again while in focus mode. Such a bummer. Hoping it will be fixed soon because it's a great concept, good design, and great support team.

The initial app experience is excellent, but unfortunately it simply does not work reliably at this time. Eventually, block mode doesn't actually block any apps.

Really wanted to like this and honestly when it works it's great. That being said it's a bit buggy and there are times when I'm able to access blocked apps in focus mode/I've never successfully blocked websites. For $39 I really think the experience should be smoother. Might be better off trying a competitor.
