BloomByte: Notification Habits

BloomByte is a practice tool for notification habits. Sort six sample alerts into now, later or quiet, then turn your choices into a written plan you set up yourself in your phone's settings. It never reads your real notifications, blocks apps or changes device settings.

Not every signal belongs to the same flower.

THE NOTIFICATION GARDEN
Six sample notifications land in your garden: a message from work, a call from family, a promotion and more. For each one you choose now, later or quiet. Your choices become a clear, written notification plan that you can then set up yourself in your phone's settings.
• Three context rules instead of all-or-nothing
• An exception gate, so a call that matters is never lumped in with ads
• The same alert can land differently at work, while caring for someone or at rest – there is no single right answer
• Practice only: BloomByte does not read your real notifications, block apps or change device settings

Bloomy the hummingbird flies to every glowing flower, then forgets which garden it wanted to feed.

INSIDE THE LESSONS
Twelve short lessons: the difference between loud and important, the three context rules, an exception for urgent contacts, asking why did I open this app?, a small pause before automatic scrolling, work alerts without always-on availability, a realistic offline alternative, and reshaping your rules when life changes. Screen time is information, not a verdict about you.

GOOD TO KNOW
BloomByte is general self-help education about digital attention. It never labels you or your phone use. No account needed.

FREE AND PREMIUM
The practice tool above and lessons 1–6 are free, with ads. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription: it unlocks lessons 7–12, encrypted backup and reminder/calendar export, and removes ads. Cancel anytime in Google Play.
