★★★★★ So easy to use. Great digital bank. Lovin' the quick response from the support team

★★☆☆☆ Can't even login due to "must use real device". Contacted customer service and told me that my phone is jailbroken/rooted even when my phone is not rooted or jailbroken at all. Gave me solution to reset my phone or use other device. What a joke!

★★☆☆☆ Overall good experience, but when they added FL AZZ top up feature, everything went downhill because my balance was cut but the top-up failed. My money gone, please fix this issue and your customer service seems to not be able or understand handling complaints

★★☆☆☆ The app is good, but it often gets network trouble whenever I want to use QRIS payment, even I switch 4G network and local Wi-Fi it still same
