Despite being a loyal fan of Al-Hilal Club and that the app. Is good or not good, This is an e-store that provides a service, and the service I received was very disappointing. Avoid this app at all costs. I waited nearly a month for an order, and it was a complete nightmare. I called 10–15 times and tried multiple different customer service numbers, but it didn't matter which number I called—every single person gave the exact same scripted lie: "We are trying our best, it will arrive in 3 days."
