The login page doesn't work. Wrong password gives an error, but correct password just stay stuck at login... Fixed, the login issue within a week. Now it works.

Waste of time. I downloaded the app because I was too busy to wait while they did a slow pour. The app said I could pick up my coffee at 6:33. When I got there they hadn't even started my order. Uninstalling.

Recently, the app acts weird...we keep having trouble to place order on the app. After clicking add to cart, it just freezes.

It shouldn't be default/ automatic for the tip to be added as I didn't consent and its sneaky added in which is super scummy. Also, the app tends not to work as it doesn't always load the pages and even pressing confirm it doesn't work too. This app needs a whole overhaul too as it's too cluttered (look at your competitors starbucks, peets, etc.!!!!)
