Create a profile, add your boat details, turn on location services for Blue Water App (settings > privacy > location services) and the app will automatically show you the payment page of the marina where you are moored.
Without leaving your boat, you can pay for your berth by phone 24/7. It saves time and standing in line or waiting for the office to open. In a number of marinas you can also book your berth in advance.

App is slow, works weird (can't always zoom in on the map, map resets randomly, and became unresponsive, on two different android devices) doesn't follow security best practices when making an account (no double password check, not sure if there is even a password reset option), and didn't even work as eventually the app told us that the harbor wasn't available. Which sucks for the harbor as the harbormaster is sick, and a sign points us to the app.

Credit card payment function did not finalize the process. Had to try again. Same thing. A beautiful dotted circle swirling around but not ending... Payment was charged without ending the process.

The app is not working. At all! Half of toolbar is not visible, infinite data loading, huge download size. Burton book is disabled without location permission. I have to walk to office and explain why I can not pay by app.
