Decent app, good cars and decent drivers, but the awful promotions are driving me crazy, a few a week with no off button is absurd I'll aither stop all notifications from the app or uninstall it and give it a 2stars if this isn't corrected, we need to be able to turn them off (shouldn't receive them at all or very rarely anyway)

The prices are slightly higher than the ones of other ridesharing competitors. Also, it is strange that for regular "Blue" you have the option for only 3 seats and for Tesla and Ford Capri there are 4 seats. I think there should be 4 seats for all the options.

The cars and drivers are ok in general, until now, but if you have any problems there's no chat support, you have a phone number or email. (waiting time for call can be very long) The application is just a map with the position of the car. I've waited a long time for a driver who didn't arrive at my location, and the company charged me a cancellation fee.
