★★★★★ Sometimes it doesn't give useful filters. For example, sometimes it reports a total number of docs instead of the total number of bikes or the total number of empty spots in your dock.

★★☆☆☆ I rent a silver electric bike on a trip to Boston and did not read the fine print. I bought a day pass on the app and proceeded to have a lovely ride along the Charles River and out to arboretum and then back along the Emerald Necklace. I did a total of about 34 miles but spread it out over 5 hours of sightseeing. Unfortunately when turning in the bike I found I did not have a ten dollar day pass but an $80 bill, for their definition of a day is TWO hours. Customer service was NO help-BEWARE!
