Yeah if you're switching from iPhone to android, or you have to have two phones for work and don't want to have two phones in front of you all the time, this is the way. This app is pretty incredible and the server you have to set up is even cooler and really is reliable. Haven't touched my iPhone or virtual machine Mac in weeks... All my iMessage communication straight through blue bubbles on my android.

Setup requires a bit of patience and linking initially it works. Just that if I close the server on my Mac and then exit out of app and then restart server on Mac and then retry sending msg the app crashes, just crashes and exits out - the server on Mac is well and running only solution so far to make app work again I've to clear app data and Re-scan the Qr only then I can resume my chats is there anything I'm missing? Kindly reply. Good App over-all tho!

Sigh, redoing my review. This app is becoming absolutely infuriating to use. I update the Server URL but the app refuses to connect. It's been connected to grok and to Cloud fire (their recommendation), get a couple of messages, and it seems like things are OK but then without warning the app starts its vicious cycle of "Socket Connection: Disconnected.... Connecting.... Error" repeatedly. Unfortunately, some of my friends still have out conversations on iMessage now I'm not getting many messages.

I'm unsure why this has 4.7 Stars. This is not iMessage, and it does not work. Nearly as well as an iPhone with iMessage. Do not be fooled. I switched to an Android, with hopes that this would make the transition easier. And boy was I wrong. When I send texts on the app it appears as my email, so people are confused. Straight up. Cannot text on the app, and it just doesn't work. Pictures do not work. Videos? Forget about it. I would rather just have a mirror of Mac iMessage, Not this. Fake news.
