BlueEye uses a foreground service to maintain a seamless connection to our site, even when BlueEye is running in the background. This ensures that critical tasks, such as data synchronization or updates, remain active for up to 5 minutes, allowing users to experience uninterrupted functionality.
The foreground service is essential to keep the connection live, providing reliable performance for time-sensitive operations. This functionality enhances the user experience by ensuring that BlueEye continues working in the background without disruption.
Our use of the foreground service is strictly for maintaining this connection and is a key aspect of ensuring the app performs its intended tasks efficiently.

Overall, I’m satisfied. My SP6000 with IP180 (on Wi-Fi, no UTP) was installed a few months ago and works reliably. Push notifications are fast, despite many bad reviews I had seen. In about 90% of logins, it loads in 3–4 seconds. Around 8% need an app restart, and in 2% I had to use the keypad. Keep optimizing — it’s on the right track!

Continuously have had connection problems with this app. System unable to connect for weeks, if not months, at a time. App is free and still isn't worth it. Alarm system owners have no other choice of method or app to connect.

This Blue Eye is unusable. After I set it up, it was working for a few days, then I cannot connect my system, always showing: "Dear Customer SWAN connection unstable. Renew..." does not matter what I do, renew or cancel, it is stuck there. No change. Same time I still have the Insite Gold, which is working well.

This app really doesn't work, as an installer of paradox products, it gives me multiple problems every time I set it up, non-stop loading, non-stop swan issues. non-stop blue ye issues.
