Just changed from Insite Gold. Wow!!!! What a difference. The new Blue Eye app for me is quicker to open and connect to server, more responsive, better laid out, and I really like the dark theme. So much easier to use. 5 stars from me.

This Blue Eye is unusable. After I set it up, it was working for a few days, then I cannot connect my system, always showing: "Dear Customer SWAN connection unstable. Renew..." does not matter what I do, renew or cancel, it is stuck there. No change. Same time I still have the Insite Gold, which is working well.

I rated this app 2 stars, but it should be one. Another month has gone by, and nothing improved. This must be the worst app ever. Unbelievable that Paradox put their name to this app. If I had to choose an alarm system based on being able to operate the system remotely via an app, then Paradox would have to be my last choice.
