Just changed from Insite Gold. Wow!!!! What a difference. The new Blue Eye app for me is quicker to open and connect to server, more responsive, better laid out, and I really like the dark theme. So much easier to use. 5 stars from me.

This app has gone off-line many times since I've had the paradox alarm, it eventually resets but the last 7 days not connected and a new update has been done. There's something badly wrong with this app, I have contacted the installer and no reply looks like I and many thousands have paid good money for rubbish, next year I won't be renewing my blue eye absolutely not. I keep hearing push the reset button, where ??? Reset modem, pull all plugs out still nothing.

This Blue Eye is unusable. After I set it up, it was working for a few days, then I cannot connect my system, always showing: "Dear Customer SWAN connection unstable. Renew..." does not matter what I do, renew or cancel, it is stuck there. No change. Same time I still have the Insite Gold, which is working well.
