Overall, I’m satisfied. My SP6000 with IP180 (on Wi-Fi, no UTP) was installed a few months ago and works reliably. Push notifications are fast, despite many bad reviews I had seen. In about 90% of logins, it loads in 3–4 seconds. Around 8% need an app restart, and in 2% I had to use the keypad. Keep optimizing — it’s on the right track!

Please help, your forgot password does not work l got a new phone and don't remember the password. Clicked on forgot password. It says that a link will be sent shortly. But never arrives.

So much time unable to connect in the app I won't pay more for this awful service... Sad.... Thought they were professionals App starts, I see my site, I am unable to do anything 0 info to receive Like I am not connected on the internet... Awful... Edit After contacting the support I have edited my review to a positive one. The app is back and running since the support delivered me a process to restart my alarm and get the connection back.

Sometimes you have to be patient, with login, connection or site adding errors, but suddenly errors disappear in a week or two.

Lately works partially. I receive updates about arming & disarming from keypad but does not load the screen to arm or disarm from the mobile app. It continuously loads the screen. Sp6000(ver 7.14) with ip180 ver 1.00 and latest update of blue eye

It often fails to connect and asks for a connection reset. Definitely unreliable for an alarm management tool. It inherits the problems of the other app, "Insite Gold." The display, however, is flawed in this one.

It hurts when you pay for a subscription and the app doesn't open. I'll be removing our paradox system and installing a system that works.
