The App does what it is supposed to do, and it is well-thought-out. I can see where they can make improvements and add more features and can't wait for an updated version. I understand that the Blue Rail system is designed for HO. I model O gauge. If you play with the App's "Advanced Settings", you can get it to work well with O gauge locomotives (using the Blue Rail board). The board can't handle the locomotive current draw required to do a 20 car coal drag, but it does work nicely if you keep the consist small and lightweight. Stay within the limitations of the hardware and don't expect it to do more than it is capable of. Most of all, have fun.

Latest update now allows me to use my Pixel 3a with my EZ App locomotives. Previous versions I had to use an older phone. I also bought an older iPhone 4s to do consisting and multi-train screen, since neither of those are supported in the Android App and consisting works okay, but not great or very smoothly despite going through the speed matching process multiple times. Also, the performance of these locomotives improved greatly when I upgraded to a modern power supply for my trains.

Android missing function button. Unable to change CVs or at least it's not apparent. I tried swiping left right on the sides as I see in YouTube videos but unable to do anything. Lights and Sounds on left button open up but no function. Trying to change loco name doesn't save for some reason. I can't find anything DCC related, CVs decoder type or anything. Not sure what the issue is. 🙁

Disappointed. The app finds the blue rail board, but the throttle will not operate the locomotive. It works with my iPhone, so the train works and the installation is done correctly

The worst thing about this app is that it's only truly available on iOS. This is because monopolistic Apple bands any app developer who develops an Android version at the same time or before the iOS version. This should be illegal and monopolistic. So I bought an iPad and loaded the iOS version. It loses contact with trains when running multiple trains. It can only display three throttles at a time. They never finished the Android version it is totally useless.
