I'm not having any of the typical issues the others are, I'm actually kind of liking it. You do need to learn and know how to move and manipulate your screens on any smartphone to be a gunslinger with it. If you don't know how to do that and manipulate your phone, yup. You're just going to get out gunned and you're done. I have a suggestion to allow the insertion of your own photos to have as a backup for yourself when in doubt of what you did, after the visit and have that so called back stock of extra photos to give to QA and the client if needed and use your own cameras' resolution settings and other features to create better photos for the client. Printable Order Tickets also, I like to organize my routes as my tickets come in with paper copies, to quickly enter them into G Maps for an at a glance quick look route plan for any following day. We also need these OT #'s in cases to report our mileages and that would be an aid in having a copy of also Do you have a PC version ? Might be nice to be able to render this on our PC's or LT's for printability and manipulation also, of inserting photos and other data. Make it a Chameleon, on any SPhone and any PC or LT.Oh I'm on this with a Pixel, OS 10 Droid...it's pretty fast, if your smart and click your last photo at the furthest away from your car on the structure and hit submit, walking back in most cases by the time I get to my car that ticket is gone uploaded. Were still working out our glitches for our firm, but I'm hopeful it'll come together. I like these OT's in and done and leaves me more time for the Commercials and the rest of the bigger things on my plate.

New update, new issues. Finally, updated but still have problems with it crashing in the field. Also, now you have to log in again everyone it restarts. Jobs submitted to QA don't disappear immediately from the work orders list like they used to either. Additionally, you can't access jobs from "today's schedule" without it crashing. This should have been tested in real world applications before being released. It's just making our jobs harder. ☹️

S22 ultra heats up and eats battery. Heavy battery usage while in the app taking photos. Can burn up to 15 to 20% at one address. Makes it hard to run all day while using the app.

I work with a company that started using this app on all their reports, and you cannot submit it via computer. I had to give up because it was not worth the hassle. First of all we are not guinea pigs to be tested on for an unproven app. You make money on home inspections by doing the job fast and efficient and when yo have to rely on a product that you have to wait for to load and if there are issues where you have to call customer service or the supervisor because the app doesn't work is not good business. It would have been nice if they gave us a choice to use this app or pay us more but to first pay us less for every job because we are not using the app vs the computer is not efficient. 9 times out of 10 I have issues, and you have to have a signal for it to work. The worse was I took photos of the subjects home, and it all vanished. It also doesn't help that the photos I took are not saved on my phone. I told my supervisors if you roll out a product, make sure that it works and you yourself have tried it in the location you are releasing it. For you to say that in the state you used it with is not sufficient as every state has different infrastructures. So really in a way we are your guinea pigs. You should have paid us more to try the app vs. making the excuse you are now using future technology.
