Comments on Bluetooth Cycling Speed Sensor for Android

★★★★★ This is absolutely ingenious idea! I was able to get the free Yahoo app on my tablet to recognize this app on my phone as a sensor to track cycling time and distance by laying phone on top of thigh while pedaling on stationary bike. Also worked when I put phone in my sock. I also got it to work with the Jester app. The app is very bare bones and really needs more documentation on how to use it. I had some trouble figuring out the BT device spawning and MAC addresses.

★★★★★ Genius! Who thought about using an existing phone as speed sensor? Just the concept is better than cheaply manufactured sensors.

★★☆☆☆ Your idea great, but tested on Samsung Note 3 error., please continue development as I can see opportunity on your app tobe acceptable/use on current situation pandemic corona, and we sport from home.

★★☆☆☆ What Android apps have been tested with this App ? I cannot change the value. I can Input the whole numbers but not the fraction. I cannot get proximity to work. It's zero or the app crashes when I touch the phone. What do you use to mask the tire with to make it work? Samsung J2 Core. Android 8.1.0
