I am not happy with this app. It takes hours before the Bitcoin arrives. Besides my wallet was hacked. I emailed you, and you couldn't even reply. This app sucks!!!!

There is only biometrics authentication as a security measure. Biometrics are not safe to use, they are only comfortable. There should be at least pin protection or normal text password available as a security measure. Guess what will happen when biometrics will be deleted from your phone? Wallet will be vulnerable and unlocked - no password needed if someone removes lock screen from your phone. Congratulations!

I had 100 wallets that had the 12 word phrase with billions in crypto just vanish from blue wallet, and I have no idea about how to get it back. So now what this game isn't ready to play and im done with blue wallet. Now im sapose to leave my account and device info?someone bumps there heads too much.

Terrible experience. Passwords randomly do not work, plausible deniability cannot be set because confirm password field can't be filled. S24 ultra.
