I'd - 50040 Give me some good rides too for better earnings I know you have to distribute work to everyone equally but most of the time I'm free .it's so annoying like I'm wasting my time instead of earning. Please do something about that too.& Your navigation is not working properly something is off with your app always have to use Google Maps instead of your app navigation & lots of drivers facing this issue plus customer can also see this.

Worst company for drivers. They only care for riders. Company takes away the service excellence bonus on false complaints by riders. And what is ironical is that they keep on grinding driver for 13 hours and don't value them. Employess harass the DP in everyday routine.maintainence issues hai tires sahi nahi hai due to rider complaints they take our service excellence bonus

Driver ka incentive Kam Diya h....pehle driver week m 15000 Kam karke deta tha to USO incentive 4750 deti thi ab 2000 Kam kar diya. Agar company ke pas Kam Jada h to incentive Kam na karke target 25000 tak karte. Jisko Kam karna h wo target pura karta. Or driver ki kamai par koi fark na padta.

Customer ride ID 26236528 I am driver don't join Blu smart I drop airport customer end trip ride paid online 1139 after I check the trip cash collected 727 customers is not paid Blu smart I rise the ticket also 20 days it's not paid driver this amount. Hoodie hub system operator Pramod Sam path not supporting I rice the ticket also call center also not supporting. Blu smart is fake company don't join drivers everyday penalty no support this blu smart company for driver....
