NOT ACCURATE I have my bodyfat % tested professionally every 3 months and this piece of crap app was 10% over. If u want a real reading use a fat caliper and a 4 point location reading. This app is way off. Ur height and weight alone are not enough to determine a healthy percentage of bodyfat. I've been using fat calipers and a 4 location reading for years and they are very accurate. With in a % or two at the most, and even that is alot when ur serious about cutting. This app is a joke.
