App crashes all the time unless you block location access. The only way I was able to add devices was doing it manually by picking the device and then manually adding my Wi-Fi ssid and password. When it prompts that it needs location to scan don't allow it and just add them manually. This seems to stop the app from crashing and lets you add devices to a router that supports dual bands 2.4 and 5 without it getting upset.

I love these plugs so much. I wish they were a bit smaller since I have a few plugs that are very close to a corner of a wall, so they don't fit, but I have worked around that. My only "complaint" is that I wish there was a widget I could add to my phone screen to turn my plug on and off instead of having to open to app.

Worked great before having to replace my phone. Same phone as before but now the app crashes to the point I can barely use it.

This app just shuts itself off about 4 seconds after starting it. Makes the smart plugs completely useless, and now they can't be setup

This app is garbage. App doesn't stay open. I am connected to my Wi-Fi and my Bluetooth is on. However, every time I press "add device", the app shuts down. Then says there's an error. Now I have a device that's only good for paper weight. Garbage!
