★★☆☆☆ The apps are complete and secure, but it is extremely rigid and the face detection feature when reinstalling the app in other device frequently fails. It could be caused by my camera, but I don't have the typical problem in other banking apps. Security is critical, but without flexibility, customer becomes inconvenient. Hope, it can be improved sooner in the future.

★★☆☆☆ VCN is broken in the new update to the point of even the customer service in the bank are oblivious about it. I have been using the VCN feature for a while now, and it has been working just fine. After the update I would still be able to create the VCN but whenever I tried to use it it got declined on every place that I tried.
