Can't download app, don't let use UNi days discounts and as first time buyer been offered 20% off, but cant get it ... So, thinking if it's worth to bother as downloaded app in my daughters phone and still wouldn't give discount or accept uni days discount

Trying to order black tote back spoke to customer servers, wondering when their bags are coming back and stock customer service told me. The black one is in stock for some reason for months. I've been trying to click on them. But I won't open it black one won't open. I went on the full site, and it did open, so all this month's I've been waiting for that bag to be in stock. It has been in stock. But the app would not let me allow to open it and add it to my cart. This app is not good.
