Great! I had a good barber in LV before moving to Texas and wasn't sure if be able to find another one I really liked without having to go through a series of bad cuts. Boardroom has been fantastic. Glad I found them so quickly

Terrible. Whoever built this app should be fired. I already have a card on file, but it won't let me use it. It only has the option to add a payment method. But, if I try to add the payment method that is already on file it recognizes that the payment method is already there but still won't let me use it. Can't book appointments because this app is trash. Update: also the ability to change your email and password also doesn't exist or work. This app is a joke

For the third time in a row, this app has let me down. Every single time that I have tried to make an appointment via this app. I get to the salon, and I don't actually have an appointment. The website is even worse. I will not be returning to this establishment until they fix this because they schedule according to their appointments and if the app says you have an appointment, but you don't actually have an appointment. There's nobody there to actually perform the services that you scheduled.

The current version (5/04/2022) and the one before it have both been infuriatingly bad and a damnable step-down from when it actually worked. Now to go through the booking process is longer and more tedious than before, and ever since they added the stupid shopping cart it has become impossible to make easy changes and check for the availability of a different stylist. Now you have to go through and get rid of what's in your shopping cart and start all over.
